Preparing Homemade Pineapple Jam

PREPARING HOMEMADE PINEAPPLE JAM


Preparing the Main Ingredients for Pineapple Jam. You can use fresh pineapple or canned pineapples. Better use white sugar than the brown because it may darken your jam.


Please be careful in using the knife. Slice the pineapples in tiny pieces. Tiny bite size pieces.


Mix the two ingredients in a pan and continously strrring under low to medium fire.
We don't like to eat burned jam..


After 45 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool before transferring to a jar.


After cooling, transfer to a clean jar  and keef refrigerated.. 


Now you can enjoy your own homemade Pineapple jam without preservatives.
